Today the Institute for Mapping Technology announced that they will be releasing new online GIS training classes in July.
These classes will be self paced, video oriented.
As of this week, the first of their video tutorials are being recorded and evaluated. The online GIS training course is planned to come in the form of 60 short 5-10 modules that include video and tests. The intent is to split the training with a 101 and 201 courses focusing on open source GIS software and a seperate 101 and 201 course track that focuses on ESRI ArcView product.
